jdpyy Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

The terms and conditions set out on this page ("Terms & Conditions") form an agreement between the player ("you") who uses the jdpyy platform ("Service") and jdpyy ("we"). By accessing the website, registering an account, or playing games, you are considered to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service immediately and take no further action.

jdpyy may update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the platform, and any action taken by players after that notice will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must meet the following requirements—

• You must be at least 21+ years old as required by the laws of your location.
• You must confirm that you are registering of your own free will and that no one has pressured you into doing so.
• Each player may only have one active account at a time. No player is permitted to create a second account.
• The personal information you provide must be accurate, complete, and your own.

If these requirements are not met, jdpyy has the right to take action, including suspending the account.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Account Registration

All players must register with accurate personal information. Impersonation is strictly prohibited. If multiple suspicious login attempts are detected, jdpyy reserves the right to close the account without notice.

3.2 Security Responsibility

You must keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. Sharing them with third parties is not permitted. If you notice any suspicious access, you must notify jdpyy immediately.

3.3 Account Verification

jdpyy may request documents such as a copy of your ID or proof of payment when necessary. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Available payment methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit per transaction is 3,000 Ks. After depositing, the credited balance should be visible in your account immediately. If there is a delay, please contact customer support.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours (Myanmar Standard Time). Withdrawals may be delayed until verification checks or any other review procedures set by us are completed.

4.3 Personal Payment

Players must only deposit and withdraw using a payment method registered in their own name. Using a third party's payment channel is strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The jdpyy welcome bonus is 200% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must complete wagering of bonus amount × 25 times.

• Example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 60,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 40,000 Ks × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks.
• Example — deposit 520,000 Ks and receive a 500,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 1,020,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 500,000 Ks × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus may have its own specific conditions. jdpyy reserves the right to cancel a bonus if a player is found to be repeatedly claiming bonuses, creating multiple accounts, or abusing bonus offers. All bonus-related decisions are final.

5.3 Agent Promotions

Promotions such as referral programs may have additional terms and conditions, which can be found in jdpyy's announcements.

6. Gameplay and Fair Play

All players must conduct themselves fairly and transparently while playing. The following actions are strictly prohibited—

• Intentionally exploiting software bugs or glitches
• Providing false personal information to claim bonuses
• Creating duplicate accounts
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Deposits connected to debt evasion or money laundering

If any of these rules are found to have been violated, jdpyy reserves the right to immediately suspend the account and void any remaining balance without making a withdrawal.

7. Responsible Gaming

jdpyy puts players' wellbeing first, so please keep the following in mind—

• Only play with money you can afford to lose, and avoid chasing your losses.

8. Personal Information

9. Limitation of Liability

jdpyy is not liable for losses arising from a player's gameplay, consequential damages, internet disconnections, or server issues. jdpyy is not responsible for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (global health emergencies, natural disasters, regulatory directives).

10. Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact customer support. Any bonus funds with unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure, and your own funds (principal balance) can be withdrawn after verification and technical checks are completed.

jdpyy may suspend an account without prior notice if a breach of these terms or any fraudulent activity is detected.

11. Dispute Resolution

For any dispute relating to gameplay, players must contact us through customer support (24/7 Live Chat or [email protected]) and we will investigate the matter carefully. jdpyy's decision is final.

12. General Provisions

• If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will not be affected.
• A failure by jdpyy to enforce any provision on one occasion does not mean it will not be enforced in the future.
• The official language for all service-related communications is Burmese.
• In the event of any discrepancy in a translation of these terms, the Burmese version takes precedence.
